Sardine Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cans boneless skinless sardines in oil
- 1 stalks celery 1 oz, finely chopped
- 1/2 small red onion 1 oz, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers drained.
- 1 clove garlic 0.6 oz, minced
- 1/4 cup scallions 0.7 oz, chopped
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tsp chopped dill
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Drain 2 cans of sardines and place in a mixing bowl.
- Finely chop 2 stalks of celery and add to the mixing bowl.
- Finely chop 1/2 small red onion and add to the mixing bowl.
- Drain 1 tablespoon of capers, drained. and add to the mixing bowl.
- Mince 1 clove garlic and add to the mixing bowl.
- Chop 1/4 cup scallions and add to the mixing bowl.
- Grate 1 teaspoon lemon zest and add to the mixing bowl.
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley and add to the mixing bowl.
- 2 tsp chopped dill and add to the mixing bowl.
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise and add to the mixing bowl.
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard and add to the mixing bowl.
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice and add to the mixing bowl.
- Mix all ingredients
