Sardine Salad
Ingredients
2
cans boneless
skinless sardines in oil
1
stalks celery
1 oz, finely chopped
1/2
small red onion
1 oz, finely chopped

tablespoon
capers
drained.

clove
garlic
0.6 oz, minced
1/4
cup
scallions
0.7 oz, chopped
1
teaspoon
grated lemon zest

tablespoons
chopped fresh parsley

tsp
chopped dill

tbsp
Mayonnaise
2
tsp
Dijon mustard

tablespoon
fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Drain 2 cans of sardines and place in a mixing bowl.
Finely chop 2 stalks of celery and add to the mixing bowl.
Finely chop 1/2 small red onion and add to the mixing bowl.
Drain 1 tablespoon of capers, drained. and add to the mixing bowl.
Mince 1 clove garlic and add to the mixing bowl.
Chop 1/4 cup scallions and add to the mixing bowl.
Grate 1 teaspoon lemon zest and add to the mixing bowl.
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley and add to the mixing bowl.
2 tsp chopped dill and add to the mixing bowl.
1 tbsp Mayonnaise and add to the mixing bowl.
2 tsp Dijon mustard and add to the mixing bowl.
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice and add to the mixing bowl.
Mix all ingredients
