Ginger-Scallion Sauce
Ingredients

scallions
both green and white parts thinly sliced

cup
minced fresh ginger
1/4

neutral oil
like grapeseed

light soy sauce

teaspoon
sherry vinegar

teaspoon
kosher salt
Instructions
mince 2 1/2 cups of scallions
mince 1/2 cup of ginger
combine the scallions with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and taste, adding salt if needed.
