Chicken Marbella Wraps

Leftover Chicken Marbella

Spinach Wraps (or whatever tortillas you prefer)
Arugula (or other lettuce)
Instructions
If you want warm wraps, reheat the Chicken Marbella in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Roughly separate the chicken from the other ingredients.
Shred or coarsely chop the chicken, and coarsely chop the other ingredients.
Place a wrap on your work surface and spread a handful of arugula in a row across the center; stopping about 1 1/2" from the edges of the wrap.
Place a handful of the prune, olive and caper mixture over the arugula.
Place a handful of the chicken over the other ingredients.
Fold the sides of the wrap towards each other so they cover the filling by 1 1/2 to 2".
While holding the side of the wrap over the filling, lift the bottom flap with your thumbs and roll the wrap away from you.
Optionally, cut the wrap in half for presentation.
