Instructions
Mise en Place
Place 4 cups of Corn Chex into a large roasting pan.
Add 4 cups of Rice Chex to the roasting pan.
Add 4 cups of Wheat Chex to the roasting pan.
Add 2 cups of mini pretzels to the roasting pan.
Add 2 cups of Gardetto's Special Request Garlic Rye Chips to the roasting pan.
Mix to combine.
3 tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 heaping teaspoons seasoning salt
1 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon onion powder
10 tbs unsalted butter
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 250°F.
Melt 10 tbs of unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
Add 3 tbs of Worcestershire sauce to the melted butter.
Add 2 heaping teaspoons of seasoning salt to the melted butter.
Add 1 1/4 teaspoons of garlic powder to the melted butter.
Add 3/4 teaspoon of onion powder to the melted butter.
Stir the seasoned butter to combine all ingredients.
Pour half of the butter mixture evenly over the Chex mixture and gently toss to coat.
Pour the remaining butter mixture evenly over the Chex mixture and gently toss again so all the pieces are evenly coated.
Place the Chex mix into the oven and bake, tossing every 15 minutes, until lightly browned and crisp, 45 to 50 minutes total.
Let cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheets before serving.
